Summer Job Opportunity – Intern at Freedom School Project

Children’s Defense Fund Freedom School is looking for young adults who are interested in education and would like to be in the classroom this summer. They will be hiring Servant Leader Interns at three sites this summer in Hartford’s North End neighborhood. This position is for a period of six weeks, from June 27th to August 5th. They are looking for passionate young people to work with scholars between grades K-5, those who want an experience in the education field, have a passion for working with children, and find value in giving back to their communities.

The applicant must be a distinguished college student or a recent college graduate. The position provides a total stipend of $3,630 over the course of 6 weeks.
