Director of Residential Treatment Program – Connecticut Renaissance/ Waterbury Job Posting

Summary Description:

The Director of Residential Treatment Program is responsible for the supervision and direction of all Connecticut Renaissance’s Residential Treatment Programs. They also directly manage the Waterbury West Residential Treatment Program. Ensure that all Residential Treatment Programs are coordinated and operated in a manner consistent with Connecticut Renaissance Policies & Procedures and the requirements of DPH, DMHAS, CSSD, and DOC as appropriate. The qualified candidate will report to the Chief Operating Officer. This position requires interactions with all levels of management and personnel to identify and resolve operational outcomes and customer satisfaction issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities and Other Characteristics:

The qualified candidate must possess a Master’s degree in the human services field and have an active Connecticut license in the following: LCSW, LPC, LADC, LMFT. Candidate must have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a related residential program. Other requirements of the position include, but not limited to a: valid Driver’s License, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively, adjust to changes in workload, schedules and situations assimilate new information and technology quickly, general office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suites are all imperative to the position.
