RE-Center F/T Program Director – Youth Development

The Program Director-Youth Development (PDYD) oversees two major initiatives and serves as a lead facilitator and collaborator across the Programs department supporting outreach and adult education programming. In addition to their programmatic and facilitation work, the PDYD is also responsible for providing critical thought partnership to RE·Center’s Leadership Team as the organization journeys to becoming a more equitable multicultural organization.

This position will work primarily with young people of color in a process of identity development, critical consciousness raising, and strategizing for racial equity. Please visit RE-Center’s website for additional information regarding this position.
