NAFI CT, Inc – Youth Counselor

NAFI CT, Inc. will support and train energetic, flexible, and motivated individuals who are interested in making a difference in the lives of youth. We are currently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to work in our group homes servicing male adolescents / young adults with developmental disabilities and specialized emotional and behavioral needs. An exciting entry level position, direct care staff work in a team environment to teach daily living skills while providing a structured supportive home environment. Currently seeking full time and casual / relief positions in Thomaston, Prospect, and New Britain . EOE

Requirements : Must have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree and available to work flexible hours.
