Case Manager for Connecticut Renaissance

Connecticut Renaissance Case Manager – Bridgeport, CT

This position will be responsible for client supervision; file maintenance and reporting; screening and intake of applicants; case management services; provide individual and group counseling; facility supervision; knowledge of and adherence to policies and procedures and contractual requirements.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate a professional positive attitude and ability to engage clients effectively. Ability to effectively communicate, demonstrate team work and a commitment towards team excellence. Successfully demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, adjust to change workload, schedules and situations. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Bachelor’s degree required preferably a degree in criminal justice, human services or related field. Experience within the criminal justice, behavioral health, and/or addiction environment. Prior experience working in a residential program setting preferred, but not required. Other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered.
