Temporary + Part-Time Youth Mentors and Internships
Zimmnation Foundation in Waterbury, CT is a community of teachers, behavior technicians, social workers and mentors with a common goal: addressing the needs of at-risk adolescents in our neighborhoods — and, in turn, the larger community.
Check them out if you are looking for experience in human services and the opportunity to give back to your community. They serve at-risk youth from Waterbury and surrounding towns. They have opportunities for service hours, internships, and volunteer experience with stipend in the D.R.3E.A.M. Summer Enrichment Program, after-school programs, (Wilby High School, Waterbury), and ongoing community involvement activities. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience while achieving group and individual goals as part of the ZIMMNATION team.
